  • Do I need to create an account before I can buy anything?

    Yes, an account is necessary to be able to buy on biddi®. This will allow you to monitor your orders, track a parcel, keep record of your communication with sellers and a whole lot of other stuff!

    You can sign up either with Google+ or Facebook. Have none of these? Do it the old school way by registering with your email ID and password. The same account can also be used for the rest of biddi®â€™s website.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and cash on delivery (COD). Cash payments will be collected by Aramex couriers only. Cash payments will be collected by Aramex couriers only.

    Please note:

    • Purchases worth more than AED 4000 are not eligible for the Cash on Delivery option and can only be paid online.
    • biddi transacts in Dirhams (AED / DHS) only. Your bank may charge a currency ‘conversion fee’ if card issued outside UAE.
  • I am very particular with online shopping and security. How safe are my details with biddi?

    biddi is big on security and we offer the best security protection out here.

    Our site is secured by a 256-bit encryption and uses OVH dedicated servers are located in Europe. OVH is the third largest hosting company in the world.

    We are also officially tied up with Mashreq Bank, one of the most trusted banking and finance solutions provider in the region, for our payment gateway.

    Backed by a dedicated RM and service team and a 24-hour Authorization Desk, you can sleep soundly at night knowing you are secure with biddi.

  • Can I still return a purchase if I am not happy with it?

    Of course you can. The Return period is 7 days, starting from the day the item is successfully delivered.

    Sellers will specify under which condition a buyer may return a purchase. Conditions may be any of the following:

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is still in its sealed and original packaging.
    • Returns are accepted but if opened, a restocking fee may be applied, as determined by seller. Re-stocking fee will not exceed 50% of item value.

    Returns outside the return period will be subject for approval by the seller, regardless if the item is still sealed or not.

    Sellers reserve the right to charge a ‘restocking fee’ as they see fit.

    Sellers may inspect returns or test ‘dead-on-arrival’ or ‘out-of-box failures’ returns to justify the requirement for either a full refund, partial refund or replacement.

    All FOC (free of charge) or bonus items that came with the product should also be returned in the same condition as it was received.

    All items offered in a bundle should be returned together with the main product.

    All pick ups for returns will be managed by the seller. Depending on the reason for the return, sellers may provide a free pick up service or ask you to shoulder the return shipping cost. Alternatively, they may also ask you to have the item dropped off in a convenient location or a physical store, if available.

  • I have a couple (or more) questions regarding a product / order. Who should I contact and how?

    Any product / order related query or complaints should be directed to the seller through the website. To contact a seller, simply click on "Send message" under the seller profile to initiate a correspondence.

    This is highly recommended so that biddi may monitor the correspondence between you and the seller. You may also get in touch with the seller over the phone if you wish to. However, we will not be able to keep track of the case details if this is your preferred mode of communication.

  • Who will ship the item and how much is the delivery cost?

    biddi is officially partnered with Aramex and sellers will have the option to use Aramex's service through biddi or arrange their own shipping (Seller's Delivery).

    biddi's Aramex delivery usually takes 2-3 working days to reach buyers, from the day your vendor has processed the order and seller's delivery varies. If in doubt, please check with them!

    Whichever option it may be, the delivery cost will be clearly shown under the "Delivery" tab.

  • Can I track my order?

    If the delivery option you chose is Aramex via biddi, you sure can! Just follow the steps below:

    • Visit your biddiBoard and go to Orders.
    • Click on the Bought tab and choose the transaction number.
    • Under Shipping Option, click on the tracking number. This will redirect you to Aramex's website.

    If you opted for Seller's delivery, you may ask the vendor for the tracking number by messaging them directly.

    biddi Tip: Aramex is a door-to-door delivery service. At times, the delivery status may show as delivered even if you have not received the parcel yet. We strongly advise you to

    • Check if the courier has left the parcel with any of your family members or colleagues. Courier companies do this if someone is immediately available at the location.
    • Your company has standing instructions to have all shipments delivered directly to the mail room, regardless of any courier.

    It is always a good practice to keep an eye on your shipment and to have your lines open. You'll never know when the courier may come knocking at your door!

  • Help! I entered the wrong details for my delivery. Can I still cancel or change the details?

    No worries at all! Please feel free to get in touch with the seller if you have any request regarding your delivery.

    However, please take note that if you change the delivery address,there may be a 1 day delay if the parcel is already dispatched by Aramex.

  • Do you deliver everywhere?

    At the moment, we are only able to offer deliveries within UAE and only within serviceable areas by Aramex.

  • Who should I contact for any warranty claim?

    Warranty coverage for each product is mentioned on the listing page. This may be either a manufacturer's warranty, seller specific warranty or none at all. Want to be sure? Do not hesitate to contact the seller!
